User messages
A user can send a message to whole tenant admins. In fact, all members of the tenant admin team can reply to user.
Go to settings/Organizations settings
and then click messages
on the left menu. You should see the list of opened conversations.
Reply to message
If you receive a new message, the conversation will show you a notification with the count of unread messages. Click on conversation to open the message editor and reply to the user.
Close a conversation
To close a conversation, just click on the trash
button of conversation on the left panel.
It's possible to get closed messages on clicking load previous message
button on the opened conversation.
Start a new conversation
Just select a user in the selector to start a new conversation.
